Merging functions from Aniqua and minor bug fixes from Frost

Aniqua has introduced several specialized functions to transmit and save iq samples, optionally with transmitting from a file. Some functions also include GPS logging for mobile endpoints.

Some older shout functions don't include the GPS logging, so as a future we should adapt those to include GPS logging. If you'd rather that gets done before merging, let me know.
