fix(lab1): using a dedicated tag

I've noticed that the past 2 runs I tried, the build_oai -I failed on texlive-latex-base installation.

I propose to use this dedicated tag.

Otherwise I had to do this after editing one file cmake_targets/tools/build_helper.

sudo apt-get purge tex-common texinfo texlive-base texlive-binaries texlive-latex-base
sudo apt-get autoremove
