fix issue #50: implemented lookup by SLICE_PROJECT_URN

This is a fix for issue #50 (closed) (can I somehow attach this merge request ot that issue?) I did a quick test on wall2.ilabt.iminds.be, and it seems to work there (this code is live there, so you can test it if you want).
