Minimal changes to get elabinelab to swap in with FreeBSD 12.2 + 2020Q4 ports. 

Changes to revisit:
* Right now, initial certificate setup (ssl/GNUmakefile) does not
  preserve any local random number seed (the "-rand .rand" arg
  when making a key).
* addpubkey will always ssh to ops as root
