Include identity key in values passed to tmcd_tpm_verify_quote();

Fix up some (now incorrect) comments

Convert quote and pcomp from hex to binary before passing them to
tmcd_tpm_verify_quote().

Fix up a few strings in the error reporting code.

Fix (I think) code that checks for nonce expriration

Still untested.
