Things left to do include:
  + detecting LLVM at configure time and setting the appropriate variables;
  + using the generated "config.h" file;
  + handling the ENABLE_TRANS_ASSERT option in "clang_delta/Makefile.am";
    and
  + figuring out what the "Makefile.am" files in the "c_reduce", "scripts",
    and "tests" directories should actually do.
