The patch file will get installed by "ports-install" in the
standard medusa ports directory. I decided not to make a custom
version of the port just for this patch.

As of at least OS10 10.4.3.3, it is no longer needed. The hack
was broken anyway for that version of OS10.

* Get rid of Start Immediately checkbox; if the start date/time is left
  blank, that means start immediately.

* If the selected reservation (or the new reservation) is in the past,
  then leave the start date/time blank. so it starts immediately.
