(hopefully) fixed up the completely twisted and fucked up left handed world coordinate thing. (Transpose x,y)

Changed angle tolerance to about 5 degrees, and decreased max retries to 3

after we flash the mote.

We can probably make this work (I hope), but this hack will have to
do for now.

   - Changes to force an x and y offset to be passed on the command line
     so I can do a camera coord->world coord transform (basically, ensure
that emulab sees coords in its space, not coords from individual cameras).

Reverted the previous behavior of goto commands. Estimated positions for pivots are not calculated, they are assumed.

Display a new 'Blinky Lights' button on the showexp page. In order to
do this, I have to get a list of which classes/types are in use in
the experiment.

This leads to moteleds.php3, which displays the blink lights using
Tim's cool Java applet.

Since the changes to gorobot.cc were minimal, I reverted them by hand.

No reason to change everything back in grobot.`

Added printout of move and pivot lengths. Zero (or VERY small) values are still confusing the poor little Garcia robot. :-(

moved the zero length move/pivot error checking and callback incrementing into the primitive functions themselves, instead of the dgoto method.

gorobot has been messing up anytime a goto command sequence results in a zero length pivot. (Which means the robot will fuckup and act stupid any time you try to get it to move in a straight line!)

Things would be much easier if the Garcia could simply execute zero length commands without barfing.
