fact is defaulted in configure.in but can be overridden in the defs
file. Changed the one perl script that had a hardwired flux group. The

Look for AC_DEFINE_UNQUOTED in configure.in. This removes some of the
headache of defining variables for C code in the makefiles. Be sure
sure to add -I.. to CFLAGS and include "config.h" in your source code.

fileserver - ie. fs.emulab.net . tmcd and exports_setup now use this
variable rather than a hard-coded node name.
