* Make gpu_setup.sh executable (whoops, should've been already)
* Add a README
* Get rid of no longer needed CST DESIGN ENVIRONMENT.conf (used the
  right license server grammar this time)
* Tweak license_setup.sh (don't need to fixup the license or copy the
  conf file or setup iptables anymore).
* Tweak the profiles for new image and dataset versions.
* Add a startup script to the profile to autostart the VNC stuff.
