tty: Use termios c_*flag macros

Expressions of the form "tty->termios.c_*flag & FLAG"
are more clearly expressed with the termios flags macros,
I_FLAG(), C_FLAG(), O_FLAG(), and L_FLAG().

Convert treewide.
