Subject: [PATCH] security:smack: kill unused SMACK_LIST_MAX, MAY_ANY and
 MAY_ANYWRITE

Kill unused macros of SMACK_LIST_MAX, MAY_ANY and MAY_ANYWRITE.
v2: As Casey Schaufler's advice, also remove MAY_ANY.
