USB: sisusb: Use static const, fix typo

Convert 1 char * array to 2 char arrays to reduce size.
Use static const to avoid array reloads on function entry.
Fix asymmetric typo.

$ size drivers/usb/misc/sisusbvga/sisusb.o*
