Simple boot code in place to load PMFS module in LCD. It all boots,
but nothing in the original PMFS is executed yet.

Ensure you do not build the non-isolated PMFS (in fs/pmfs) at the
same time. If you do, the build system will complain about symbol
redefinitions, etc.

Now for the painful decomposition...
