Really ugly blob commit of changes which I made possibly over a year ago and I totally forgot about. In short summary, update the controller to use my OSPFv6 sniffers which use a REST API send json-encoded netgraphs of the visible topology from their point of view. Also add the (otherwise invisible) OVS nodes to the render-able netjson output.
