Replace license symbols with {{{ }}}-enclosed license blocks. · 6df609a9
      Eric Eide authored
This commit is intended to makes the license status of Emulab and
ProtoGENI source files more clear. It replaces license symbols like
      "EMULAB-COPYRIGHT" and "GENIPUBLIC-COPYRIGHT" with {{{ }}}-delimited
blocks that contain actual license statements.
This change was driven by the fact that today, most people acquire and
track Emulab and ProtoGENI sources via git.
Before the Emulab source code was kept in git, the Flux Research Group
at the University of Utah would roll distributions by making tar
files. As part of that process, the Flux Group would replace the
license symbols in the source files with actual license statements.
When the Flux Group moved to git, people outside of the group started
to see the source files with the "unexpanded" symbols. This meant
that people acquired source files without actual license statements in
them. All the relevant files had Utah *copyright* statements in them,
but without the expanded *license* statements, the licensing status of
      the source files was unclear.
This commit is intended to clear up that confusion.
Most Utah-copyrighted files in the Emulab source tree are distributed
under the terms of the Affero GNU General Public License, version 3
Most Utah-copyrighted files related to ProtoGENI are distributed under
the terms of the GENI Public License, which is a BSD-like open-source
Some Utah-copyrighted files in the Emulab source tree are distributed
under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 2.1

      1) Fix max delay event to include the forward path min delay
      2) Fix time conversion problem to ulonglong in packet sensor.
      3) Fix averaging sensor to better average in case of heavy packet loss.
      4) made the buffer used to fill in junk udp packet data is a static member - takes up less memory - and allows up 65k sized udp segments to be sent.

      2) mindelay/maxdelay are now being sent in millisec. mindelay is
now being set on the reverse path too.
      3) Added a check - not to send zero bandwidth values to the monitor.
      4) Removed some debugging print statements from KernelTcp.

      2) Some more error messages will be output to the log when junk packets(which are not
generated by us) are received by the magent, and the throughput calculation will remain unaffected by these anomalies.
      3) Changed mock-monitor to work with the change in Header::headerSize() ( as opposed to Header::headerSize variable ) .

      3) Removed all recvfrom calls - no overhead for those calls & copying
packets to user space - this does not adversely affect performance.
      4) More graphs!! and streamlined error/warning messages to be put into a single
      log file.

      2) Changed the number of redundant ACKs being sent to vary based on ACK size.
      3) Libpcap loss at the sender is now handled - by sending packet sizes and
send times in the packets and having them echoed back in ACKs. Reordered
ACKs are detected as being seperate from libpcap loss and are ignored.
      4) updated the plot creation python script to give out loss, maximum delay graphs.

Changed the throughput calculation, cleaned up MaxDelay and
all other files in general to be more readable.
Added checks for out of order ACKs, and error conditions to
      check for invalid packets.
sendto() calls block on Linux - verified this on
planet lab - made the writes to UDP socket non-blocking.
