Uses hp4/topo_multi.txt; edit as necessary.  Supports
arbitrary topologies (assumes all switches run bmv2 sswitch;
run_multi.sh also only supplies one .json - this is
simple to edit, but as is, the script assumes all switches
furthermore run HP4).
