The folder emulab-devel/clientside/tmcc/alpine contains necessary
files for compiling the clientside of emulab. However, until these
changes are committed into emulab/emulab-devel, the environment must
use tmcc-alpine-old.patch which adds those files manually. Once that
folder is committed to master then that patch file can be deleted
and tmcc-alpine.patch can be used instead. tmcc-alpine-old.patch should
not be committed into master of emulab/emulab-devel.
