Commit fe2edf30 authored by Mike Hibler's avatar Mike Hibler

Advocate use of -s if node doesn't respond to normal node_reboot.

The -s option forces a "power off; wait; power on" sequence rather
than a "power cycle". Makes a difference if the node is powered off!
