On a 64-bit FreeBSD, struct timeval is 16 bytes rather than 8 and
that is too big to fit in our nonce. We use the low 32-bits of those now.

HUPing the ISTGT process was not enough to get it to take the authorized
initiators changes; have to completely restart the daemon. FreeNAS does
this already for several different actions we have it do, and it doesn't
perturb clients noticeably.

Some FreeNAS operations don't HUP ISTGT to let it know it needs to
re-read its config file, so compensate.

I needed more info back about the set of reservations referencing a
particular lease. Existing code updated to compensate.

Also includes some bug fixes.

Only for ist_authinit auth_network field for now;
FreeNAS seems to add \n "separators" in the list of
authorized networks.  So, when we print, change those
to spaces, which is what we give FreeNAS as input ;)
