Added ability to force AM API for managers, help button on the login page since that seems to be a source of confusion, live updating of the slice/slivers expires time so it reflects the actual time left instead of how much time was left the last time it was checked, global checkbox for creating private or global images.

AM API v3 support has started. So far the client is able to list resources at a manager. More work will need to be done to support the new create workflow now that it supports a two-phased commit similar to the CM API.

Fixed user being able to create a link while the slice is locked (having calls made), crash when user comes in with a credential rather than using a slice authority, and new slice button being shown even if user can't create slices.

This may also fix some problems that people have had with their name server
when starting with this config--some of the IP addrs/masks were not right.

Also, remove defs-example-privatecnet since defs-example has been pretty
much the same thing for many years.

Causes a lot of extra mail to the protogeni-errors list.

We were missing a definition in installvars.pm. Also, uniformly treat
/share as optional in the install.

createimage.py: Properly document the mandatory and optional parameters in
the help message.
test-common.py: Use gnu_getopt instead of getopt.  That way, options
are interpreted anywhere on the command line, instead of before non-option
parameters only.

Tipserv port only includes libtelnet which is only needed for the icebox,
so this port is not "linked in" to the documentation yet and is not required
anywhere but on our PRObE cluster.

Added a couple of missing ports to "boss" and "extras".

members list of vlans table does not get messed up.

I figure out how to deal with this better.

This ensures that if testbed services are disabled on boss (in particular
tmcd), we can still boot ops without hanging!

tree, cause /usr is kinda small.

Munge the defs file so that WWWHOST=www instead of boss; we do
this on elabinelab cause there are no CNAMES for www, but there
will be a www CNAME on the racks.

Minor fixes to how we invoke mknewconfig.

of the A slot, which is card=5 for us. Not sure if all racks
will be this way.

It constructs an experiment including every (available) experimental PC,
and every relevant link, so that during swap-in linktest will exercise
as much of the testbed as possible.

Also add state for tracking individual object attributes.

DB is fully populated with nodes. Just need to power them on.
