Some nsverify fixes:

	* tbsetup/ns2ir/nstb_compat.tcl: Change tb-set-node-startcmd to
	actually create the program agent.  Add an "unknown" instproc for
	LanNode so "mustdelay" and whatever else works.

	* tbsetup/nsverify/ns-2.27.patch, tbsetup/nsverify/ns-2.29.patch:
	Use real_set when setting last_host/last_whateva.

	* tbsetup/nsverify/nstbparse.in: Don't do a rename for
	non-globals.

	* tbsetup/nsverify/tb_compat.tcl: Match behavior in the NS parser
	where the user manually sets/clears red_/gred_ in a queue object.
	Also need to output "h" lines for node objects that weren't stored
	in a global variable and so only have an internal name.

Right now this goes from the DB on through the client,
but there is currently no UI to allow the user to set it.

Fix tty idle detection on FreeBSD.  The problem was that slothd was only
enumerating the tty devices once at startup.  This does not work well with
the devfs and dynamically created pty device nodes.  So, slothd now
re-enumerates the tty devices prior to checking the tty devices for
activity.

as well as a little more secure.  Haven't done much testing beyond making
sure all configs boot and work in normal mode, and did a couple of port
scans in and out.  Need to try some arp spoofing to make sure that doesn't
work.

to be some confusion or problem under 5.4 (not installed), and since
the script is trivial and harmless, just drag it in and make sure it
gets installed.

so swig generates proper code (i think).

This is fine for the purposes of getting Emulab software base updated.

Right now, exits if you use too many bits, instead of falling back to
a different naming algorithm.
