Rob added a "stack" argument to RecordVlanInsertion() but didn't do so
for snmpit_remote.pm.

turn off CMs at the clearinghouse, as when they are in test mode
or not usable. Note that you have to set/clear this git in the

Fix obvious typo in liblocsetup.pm which was getting perl5.10 all cranky.
