OSinfo and Image into a single object for the benefit of the perl
code. The database tables have not changed though.

Add flag argument ('doforward') to cmd_loadimage() to activate
adb forwarding after image loading is complete.  Remove the cmd_setup()
composite command since it's functionality is superseded by this change.

This is to match the corresponding changes to tbadb_serv.

This commit bumps the version of the top-level auto-generated
script from 2.68 to 2.69.

* Explicitly lock/unlock images via RPC when checking them.
* Better handling of individual partition images in image bundle.

Also properly integrate UE class into os_load process.

Also transition log message prefixes to "tbadb_serv"

Rename to properly convey evolution to stand alone server.

And add some related locking.

Instead of using SSH as the transport.  Soooooo much simpler on
the client side now!
