is what we use everywhere since that was the only common cipher
supported on some of our force10s, and it worked everywhere. Until
now, Clemson is updating their firmware and the 3des-cbc cipher is
no more. So to avoid disruption, I added the new attribute everywhere
and we can remove as needed (say, when we update firmware on other
switches).
