* The mibs live in a different place (/var) so the path stuff in the
  raritan file needed some changes.

* Need packages: snmp snmp-mibs-downloader libsnmp-perl

* Need PDU2-MIB.txt from the Mothership, to /var/lib/snmp/mibs/ietf
