In the game of rc.d whack-a-mole, my attempt to run `ntpdate` before
all our services (so that logfiles would have correct dates), I caused
`ntpdate` to run before `named` meaning that the ntp server name would
not resolve. So back that off.

Sigh...if only @stoller had thrown me a life preserver when I cried out
for help. No, he had to push my head further under with his "systemd"
comment.
