Add an optional "-I <msg>" flag to localize_mfs.  If specified, the
message is added to /etc/issue in the MFS filesystem.  This allows
admins to put some sort of ID/tag/timestamp message within the MFS
image (can be helpful in tracking which MFS you are running).
