pretty clear about the fact that people should typically be swapping out
if they're done for the day and aren't coming back until tomorrow morning.
Instead of the 24 hours that it used to talk about, it says "a few" or
"several" hours instead. (Not that anyone reads it, but at least it's
something we can point them to if they complain.)
