Trunk sync point tagged with frisbee-mp.

The Frisbee code needs testings as there were several conflicts which
needed to be resolved by hand.

Mike's "mighty hack" in os/frisbee.redux/client.c is disabled for now.

Also, the GNUmakefile for Frisbee needs to be updated for FreeBSD 6.
