Jacks Fails to Resize

In Chrome, Jacks is failing to resize initially on the third pane of the instantiate page. Later resize events work fine. I can see this consistently only on the emulab.net/portal page. Keith sees it on cloudlab.us as well. Is there anything that has changed recently that might be breaking this?
