Plumb through power cycle for users
There are cases where a soft reboot does not cut it. In particular, on NUC nodes with attached B210 SDRs in POWDER, the only way to revive a missing/wedged B210 is to power cycle the node (NUC). There is a way to force this, by panicking the kernel before issuing a reboot, but it is pretty ugly.
It might be good to first login to the node and issue a sync
command, but I would not label this step as essential.
