Add 'My Profiles' category to profile picker on instantiate page

When using the instantiate page, it is hard to find just the profiles that you yourself have created. We should add a special category for these profiles underneath the recent profiles category. It will also contain items that may be duplicated below and can be an empty (maybe hide the whole category in this case).
