Portal: Annoying instantiate navigation

tl;dr Too many clicks.

A common pattern for me is to go to my dashboard https://www.emulab.net/portal/user-dashboard.php#profiles, click on a profile, and click on the "Instantiate" button.

This takes me to the start of the "Instantiate" panel series, and the first panel is "Select a Profile."

Of course, I just selected the profile that I wanted to instantiate :-(.

Of course, I can just click through, but wouldn't it be more clever to go straight to the second panel? Or the third, if there are no parameters?
