Changed naming of a few things as per Rob. Moved path interface data from intermediate nodes to intermediate links.

Useful when the control net melts down.

which linux partitions have been mapped to FreeBSD partitions.  Now the offset of
the 'a' partition is extracted from the disklabel and compared with the offset of
each partition found in /sys/block/$disk/$disk[1-9]* to find a match.

If the offset of the 'c' partition in the disklabel is 0, then we add the offset
of the FreeBSD slice to the offset of the 'a' partition before trying to find
a match.  This is to support FreeBSD's relative disklabel.

which disk corresponds to which BIOS drive number.  Uses disk MBR
signature and disk size in case EDD v3 info isn't available.

Also fixed slicefix to try mounting FreeBSD filesystems as ufstype=44bsd
first, then ufstype=ufs2 if that fails.

Currently only works if the partition type is 0xa5 (FreeBSD) as neither
NetBSD nor OpenBSD use relative offsets (as far as I can tell).

experiment tp snmpit.  Also modify getExperimentControlPorts to ignore
plab nodes and other nodes which don't have a control net interfaces.

Modified structure to allow mappings from virtual_uuid to component_uuid to sliver_uuid. Links may now be mapped to a physical path. TODO: Final tunnels format

revoked so that the CRL generation will add them to the CRL. They will
be pruned by the nightly dbcheck.

in the protogeni code. We no longer save the unencrypted certs after
they are revoked, since protogeni will ignore them. I redid the the
DB table as well, adding a revoked stamp, and the DN so that we can
generate the CRL list from the DB directly, without having to run them
all through openssl.

This commit requires all certs to be regenerated, and the ssl xmlrpc
server to be restarted.

output contains 'encap:Ethernet'.

type 1 (Ethernet).  dhclient doesn't support any other type and will choke if
you tell it to use an unsupported interface type.

The result is a separate *top file for ptop.xsd and vtop.xsd

Removed '+' prefix from metric feature names. They should not be additive, and even if they were, the '+' prefix doesn't accomplish that goal.

Added license information to all source files. Removed D* as they were taken from a non-work project in order to make the demo faster. They have been replaced by Queue*.
