Basic link lookup and interface lookup is complete. Need to finish bandwidth
calculations, link types, wireless links, and interface printing.

This also adds the disk_image tags for rspecs.

Basic framework is in place. Availability and printability is codified into
functions now. Node.pm modified so that lookups can be done in bulk for
efficiency. When making XML, we now create XML trees rather than printing
out XML fragments.

This only copies over existing schemas and does not build them.

rspec-emulab directory (needs reconfigure) and missing rspec-geni
directory (needs git submodule init/update).

For the backend script to properly grok it, we must set wholedisk=1 and
loadpart=<which ever partN_osid is defined>.

path after snmpit creates the vlans. We need this in the vlans table
because of swapmod and syncVlansFromTables(), since the contents of
the lans table may not reflect what is on the switches, and we need to
know precisely what switch trunks have been setup.

tracking with a git submodule; Move all of the makefiles into a shadow
tree (rspec-emulab), and use VPATH magic (via MOSTLY_SRCDIRS) to
install from the rspec subdir.
