Changes to mkacct-ctrl for membership in multiple groups. Now it only takes user as a param and does the rest from the db. Special note: You can now run it to correct any incorrect password/group entries. Like if someone gets removed from one of the groups they belong to (but we don't want to kill their acct yet). Also, special note for accts on paper: It doesn't change your shell. So if you had an acct with a real shell (admins/developers only) it will leave it. If your a testbed admin, it will also make sure you're in group wheel and group flux.

This is currently used by doc/tutorial.html

see something like either wd0 or wd0:s1 or wd0:s1a. This is to keep
the command line parsing simple in the face of allowing multiple loads
at a time on the command line.

Additions for detecting when nodes are down and moving them to testbed/down expt. Sends mail if something is down, waits 2.5 minutes currently before giving up.

Added savevlans to be configured, fixed installation as suid root program.
Added calls to savevlans in tbrun/tbend.

ends up reposting the login, which creates a new hash value in the DB.
But the other frame has also reloaded, and has sent the original hash
value, but that no longer matches whats in the DB, and so the lefthand
frame thinks you are logged in, but the righthand frame thinks your
are not. Hmm, I bet this could be a famous saying; "The lefthand frame
doesn't know what the righthand frame is doing." It could be my 15
minutes in the spotlight.

in the source directory, and that confuses VPATH.

get the path to the oskit includes correct. This should either by a
config option or we should install bootwhat.h in a standard location.
I'm loath to do either, so I won't do anything until it bites us in
the ass later.
