add comparision of testbed db and found. save differences in /prog. put full inventory fill in subdir /proj/emulab-ops/nodecheck/Complete/

Major work done to support MFS mode. New gatherinv function that is only
called if in MFS mode. Gathered info is saved into /proj/emulab-ops/nodecheck

working code to fullfill requirements of r/w tmcc formatted i/o, disk speed tests on raw filesystem (avoids mounted fs for write test, still very dangerous). Added disk type mfid in for FreeBSD os. Added parsing for bsd dd timing output. Check for functional dd - skip test if using busybox.

hold hw in internal array. Can read from tmcc.bin or file. Can output full hardware inventory or just the stuff testbed database wants.

checkpoint. Work on getting test to run from Admin-MFS and using static binaries from a NFS location.

remove reliance on smartctl --scan, new function to return HD names, move getdriveinfo () to diskcheck
