own dhclient-script which ignores the exit value from dhclient-enter-hooks.
The result is that an Ubuntu node in an inner elab can wind up with a
1.1.1.1 nameserver if the DHCP replies come in in a particular order.
So we, um..."work around" that situation.

Also, ethtool is in a different location.

Make minimal attempt to detect a case where our nameserver="1.1.1.1"
hack might result in that value getting written to /etc/resolv.conf
and wreaking havoc with the rest of the boot.

Begin switch to URNs with slice URN.
Other minor things.

Fix some error reporting.

so that it can be used for Xen.

The model changed a bit after Jon did his version
(with the introduction of dynamically created vnodes on shared nodes).

This is still a work in progress.

Somewhere around fedora10, our ntp.conf file was causing ntp1.emulab.net
to no longer be able to update the clock on nodes.  Needed to un-restrict
access from that server.

Also, we were not going through our ntpd startup for f10 nodes.
