Put back the content-disposition headers - Windows is totally lost · 9b1e6789

without them. But, use the 'inline' disposition instead of
'attachment', which seems to allow Mozilla et al to run them w/o
a dialog box. IE still pops one up, though.
Also, change the extension of the ssh files to tbssh - tbc conflicts
      with other stuff under Windows.

Added knowledge of Plab nodes. The correct ssh port is now given when · 4da7262a

appropriate. The node status information now reports SSHD port
separately; doesn't report IP port ranges for Plab nodes; does report
RPM's for virtual nodes; only reports BIOS version if it's specified
in the DB; and, if a control net IP isn't found for a node (the case
with virtnodes), it reports the control net IP of the physical node.

Commit SSH node menu option, and support. Heavily based/borrowed from · f4bf9b5c

Chad's tiptunnel stuff. Requires ssh-mime.pl in the current directory,
to be installed as a browser helper application on the users machine.
Copied Chad's instructions for the tiptunnel from the FAQ, and stuck
it into ssh-mime.html as a help file (not really FAQ material). The
intent of this of course is to make ssh into jailed nodes easier, but
not having to know port numbers, or directly log into ops first, when
the jails are using control network IPs in our private IP space (not
      routable from outside).
