 - describe new tb-set-ip-routing command in extensions section
 - move bulk of FAQ text to tutorial and replace with simple answer

Also, added a "Troubleshooting" section to the FAQ.  Only entry currently
is that to do if a link doesn't work.

Also went over references to FreeBSD 4.0 and RedHat 6.2, and changed them
to 4.3 and 7.1 as appropriate

tutorial into the nscommands file on said topic.
Also some minor page format fixes.

with reference to tbstyle-plain.cc stylesheet. White background, smaller
fonts. This header is mostly ignored in non-printable, except for the
path, which is wrong in subdirs, so more fixes to change the base path
when docwrapping files in subdirs. Seems to work okay, but maybe not the
best solution.

Many changes and updates for handling new types. The db now has types like 'pc600', 'pc850', and 'dnard', and each type has a class like 'pc' or 'shark'. This updates scripts that use types to use classes where appropriate, and to handle the new types where there were hardcoded things that couldn't be eliminated right now.

2) Add link to Flux Utah Network Testbed page along bottom of all the
   pages.
3) For the above, put in <base target=_top> tag just prior to the row
   of links along the bottom so that when you leave the testbed pages,
   you get a full window view instead of a framed view.

Complete rewrite.  Includes a great deal more documentation including a
description of IP allocation.  Also uses the new format.

Note: The section on tb-create-os is unfinished.  I need some info from
Leigh, then I'll fix it up.

tb_compat.tcl

The NOP version of tb_compat.tcl that users should download to run their
scripts with NS.  There is a link to this file in nscommands.html.
