Add sitevar to determine whether clients should use UDP or TCP for NFS. · f1ae820e

Yes, out of the blue and off the wall. But I got tired of trying to
guess what we had Linux and FreeBSD use. I was surprised to discover
that we were using UDP on Linux (which caused Clemson CloudLab to fail
because they have jumbo frames enabled on their control net switches
but ops had the MTU set to 1500).

Anyway, here it is. The default setting is UDP for backward compat.
We should probably set it to TCP nowadays. There is also an 'osdefault'
setting which says use the default setting on the client OS.

      FreeBSD 11 (aka current) support. · 460cc8bf

Mostly I just wanted to test "the latest" FBSD kernel on Apt
so see if anything done recently would help with the hanging
console problem on the R320s (newer kernels actually only hang
for about 10 seconds and drop around 500 chars when they probe
the ethernet interfaces--this is better than it was).

While in there, I just went ahead and did the client side,
      mostly ifdefs in the makefiles.

Make sure we clear out any partial GPTs. On FreeBSD we just use
"gpart destroy" which will get rid of an MBR or GPT.

Tee the output of rc.frisbee into a file and upload that back to
boss in the event of a failure. We will see if this proves useful.
