cross-traffic generation in the delay-agent nodes. These changes need to
be applied to FBSD54-DNODE-PUBSUB and delay-agent files from the PELAB branch
in order to create a working delay node image. "ipfw" must also be recompiled with
this modified Dummynet header.

Added a new parameter to the delay-agent event commands -- "BACKFILL", which
is set similar to bandwidth. Amount of link capacity minus backfill is the desired
available bandwidth.

Note: The delay calculation/traffic generation method used here is *different* from the one used
earlier to calculate equivalence classes ( and Rubenstein's code ) - Hence the
different directory entry.

Added support for both Rubenstein & wavelet post-processing to the withLibpcap code. wavelet needs no extra steps, Rubenstein requires the use of the delay2dump script.

Fixed a couple of bugs in the udp protocol and in the function processing packets captured by libpcap.

the files(dc.cc,dc.hh) were sent to me by Prof. Min Sik Kim( I attributed them to him in
the header comments ). Those files are used for wavelet-denoising and cross-correlation
calculation.

all the delay agent events correctly - some more work is needed for clustering the paths
properly when transitive property of bottleneck links is violated.

Checks for existence and readability of all filter files before passing them to the bottleneck-checker. This definitively fixes the NaN bug. Untested.
