form processing to be done.

The gist is that I have moved all of the data checking and DB work to
the backend into a new script called utils/newosid. This script does
all the field checking that used to be done in php. It takes a simple
XML file as input and returns a set of strings to format as errors (if
there are any).

The overall goal to make a big push to move this code out of PHP and
perl.  A nice side effect is that many operations that are current
only available via the web interface will also become available
command line (and also XMLRPC with a little moew work).

This is ridiculously hard to do with CVS.

I haven't removed the sshdport column from the nodes table yet, in
case I need to go back quickly.

Add some missing code to the check dbslot code to set the error strings.

running on the node to force it to reboot.  Since planetlab has a bit of a
history of bugs/oddities in the initscript process (and thus slivers don't
always boot our stuff correctly), this commit special-cases the plab case
so that even if there's not an existing vnodesetup, we kill all the sliver
processes and rerun vnodesetup.

the files(dc.cc,dc.hh) were sent to me by Prof. Min Sik Kim( I attributed them to him in
the header comments ). Those files are used for wavelet-denoising and cross-correlation
calculation.

setting up.  First chunk: we don't want to skip straight to reboot if the
node is plab.  Second chunk: we need to run both plabnode alloc and remote
vnodesetup on plab nodes.  Third chunk: we have to ssh to the vnode, not
the pnode, on plab nodes, to make sure we make it to the correct sliver.
Not sure how this last affects jails, so I special-cased it for plab.
