Mostly: just don't fail in this case. This became an issue once we
started filling in local node "element" info in the DB. This info
gets returned by tmcc and we were not ready for it.

For the nodetype page, lookup the name of any attribute that ends in _osid
rather than just a select (and incomplete) hardwired list.
