Updated analyze script for proper spacing and apk package manager usage

Now we've found a libc (musl) whose res_init() function just returns 0
:).  That is the final hope in tmcc's getbossnode() function.  Obviously
this is a crappy workaround, but it is better than adding a final gasp
like parsing /etc/resolv.conf manually.

We do not need to lock MaxExtension when just one aggregate.  Also, use
WaitForLock(10) in MaxExtension, IdleData() and Utilization() since it
is nice if the web page asking does not get back a locked error if we
