It is (and always has been) the last sector + 1.

Useful for fast lookup of the first address range in a chunk.

Also make case of signature that exactly matches the delta not
be a fatal error.

In cases where code does not compute it. This is only useful
for some assertion checking, so the option may not stick around.

Getting close: change delta/undelta to set the mtime of the file they
produce to match that of the source, redo the reloc code so it works,
cleanups, enhancements to the test scripts.

Where "working" == "does not crash and produces a syntactically valid image".

That was more involved than I thought...or it was worth, considering that
only old FreeBSD and really old Redhat (think: LILO) images have them.
But that is the kinda guy I am...
