tracking with a git submodule; Move all of the makefiles into a shadow
tree (rspec-emulab), and use VPATH magic (via MOSTLY_SRCDIRS) to
install from the rspec subdir.

Testing this tool also allowed me to find some typos in the delaylink example.

Bugfix: Need to use lax extension validation to support verifiers which don't know about schemaLocation

Also, a request which uses those advertisements.

It didn't fix what we thought it would fix. Check in a few generated .xsd files

Added support for set-type-limits in the advertisement. It is implemented as an extension. There is no support for this in v1. It will only be in v2 and higher. To this end, ptopgen has been modified. ptopgen also now adds type slot information to nodes as an extension. However, support for other extensions still have to be added. Added another annotater class for rspec v2 but this in a very incomplete state as of now and the relevant code has been commented out of solution.cc temporarily. Assign's arguments have also been modified in mapper, so that it expects rspec inputs.

Updated extensions for correct namespaces. Modified makefiles to install different versions of the schemas in different directories. Modified the configure script to do the same thing. xsdgen has been modified as well, although it doesn't seem to have made it to this commit list.

Big commit with a lot of changes to add the rspec parser base class as well as for version 1 and version 2. These changes are not throughly tested yet, and the
extension support hasn't yet been integrated into the main parser. The v1 and v2 support has.

Added generation of policy.xsd to xsdgen. Set final namespace and schema locations in GeniUtil. Moved schema to final location.

Added disk image support to ptopgen and a set of 0.2 schema files which allow disk images in the rspec..

Note that command line arguments for ptopgen are tweaked slightly so that after '-g' for GENI, you must enter a version number. Changed invocation in GeniCM. Also, tweaked rspec definitions to make it conform to reality on the ground inside of our system as it gets implemented.
