a few nits

same color as links, and links only distinguished by color!

For now, delete it all except the background which was gray.

and copy added.php3 to usradded.php3, and redo that entire file.

The database probably has a bunch of bogus entries in it ...

fixing several password and key bugs. I think this problem persists in
other pages though. Also some Jay changes to docs.
