Changed /tmp file saving to be based on a randomly generated number,

Added makefile mojo to install "tip has been deprecated" script
in place of tip in testbed.

Fixed this up a bit.. commented out "change default values"
since there _are no_ default values.

Improved error reporting style.. also added image for uky,
though right now it is the same as the standard image
(will edit it soon.)

Move startup of batch_daemon to the end

Added way to differentiate different testbeds...
overlay.emulab.net.gif is used for main emulab
overlay.mini.emulab.net.gif is for mini (it makes it apparent you are on mini.)
We'll make one for uky, too.
